Delete your CPD Ledger account
CPD Ledger is published by Taxplain Pty Ltd (ACN 699 096 092).
Export your statement first
You are required to keep evidence of your CPD. If you may be subject to audit, export your statement before deleting — we cannot recover it for you afterwards.
The fastest way — in the app
Open CPD Ledger, then go to Settings → Delete my account and all data. It takes effect immediately.
By request
If you cannot sign in, email support@taxplain.com.au from the address on the account, with the subject “Delete my CPD Ledger account”. We will confirm the request and delete within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile, scheme, and areas of registration
- Every logged CPD activity
- Every certificate and evidence file you uploaded
Nothing is retained. This is a deletion, not a deactivation, and it cannot be undone.
